Can’t say enough good things as to just how much I appreciate the time and attention given to the issues we had with our septic. AND that the issue was resolved when technically it should have fallen to a Plummer. Thank you so much Joey for helping us troubleshoot and ultimately clear the massive collection of grease the previous owners had allow to accumulate and ultimately block and cause the septic to back up.

Great service. Called for septic pumping, price was given on the phone and was pumped the next day.Our job was a bit difficult as our handle had broken on the cover and the tank was full full, but was all taken care of. Strongly recommend.

I needed my regular septic tank pumping so I contacted Underdog based off the reviews. Joey responded quickly and we set up an appointment. He was quick to accommodate me when I wanted to change it to an earlier date. Service was the best I have ever received. He took the time to clean the tank out thoroughly, explained how everything worked and what problems to watch out for and how to better maintain the system. Highly recommended and would not hesitate to call him first the next time!!

Called on a Saturday night with an issue and he talked me through how to fix it. I’ve never used him before this nor do we know each other. Excellent service and I’ll be 100% using them when my septic is due for a good pumping. Highly recommended

What a wonderful job Joey did with tons of knowledge on what was wrong with my tank and how I could fix it. He did the full job and didn't try to only do half of it like the last guy I had. Totally using his services and telling people to call him up for his great and polite job.
